Ready-Mix Concrete Dispatcher

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate daily ready‑mix concrete orders and dispatch schedules to support accurate and timely deliveries
• Monitor truck movement, delivery progress, and plant production to proactively address delays
• Communicate effectively with drivers, plant personnel, and customers to ensure seamless order execution
• Maintain accurate documentation and delivery status updates using dispatching software and internal systems
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support exceptional customer service

• Proficiency with dispatching systems, computer applications, and digital tools

Work Environment
This role works in a dynamic office setting with continual interaction with ready‑mix drivers, plant teams, and customers. The position requires multitasking, handling real‑time information, and maintaining focus in a fast‑moving operational environment.
