What You Will Do: 

  • Lead day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Georgia regulations and requirements.
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative team members.
  • Foster a culture centered on quality, accountability, and compassionate care.
  • Monitor quality assurance, clinical outcomes, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare for and lead regulatory surveys, audits, and accreditation activities.
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and program growth.
  • Build relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, hospitals, case managers, and community organizations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Recruiting, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiencies, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

We're Looking for Someone Who: 

  • Has a current, active Georgia RN license in good standing
  • Enjoys building programs and improving processes
  • Leads with confidence while remaining approachable and supportive
  • Has home care experience 
  • Has Home Infusion experience
  • Has supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of Georgia regulations and healthcare compliance standards
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment\
  • Balances clinical excellence with operational performance
  • Is passionate about helping people remain safely in their homes
  • Wants to grow with an expanding organization
