About the Role

Myers Assessment and Therapeutic Services (MATS) is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as our Early Intervention Clinic Director. This leadership role oversees the clinical operations of our Early Intervention (EI) program serving children ages 0–6 while providing supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians.

The ideal candidate is an experienced clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services, developing staff, maintaining compliance, and driving positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership for the Early Intervention Clinic.

  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and standardized assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland, PDDBI, etc.).

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.

  • Review clinical documentation to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Conduct parent training and caregiver education.

  • Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, TRICARE, Medicaid, and insurance requirements.

  • Monitor clinic KPIs, documentation, productivity, and client outcomes.

  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and coaching.

  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, staffing, and program development.

  • Build relationships with physicians, schools, and community partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

  • Minimum 3Β years of experience providing ABA services to children with autism.

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

  • Experience supervising RBTs and BCaBAs.

  • Knowledge of CentralReach or similar EMR systems.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Early Intervention experience (ages 0–7).

  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance authorization, clinical documentation, and quality assurance.

  • Experience with staff development, mentorship, and performance management.
