Snappy’s is looking for a Grille Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Grille. This role is hands-on, results-driven, and focused on delivering consistent food quality while building and leading a high-performing team. Employee Discount – Enjoy savings on great food.   What You’ll Do: As a Grille Manager, you are responsible for the performance of the entire food service operation — quality, team, safety, and profitability. Own Daily Operations: Oversee all grille operations to ensure consistent food quality, safety compliance, and exceptional guest service. Lead and Develop Your Team: Train, supervise, and motivate grille staff while building a positive, accountable, team-focused culture. Drive Financial Performance: Monitor sales, manage food costs, control waste, and protect profitability. Manage Inventory: Oversee ordering, product rotation, PAR levels, and shrink control to maintain strong margins. Ensure Food Safety Compliance: Enforce health department regulations, sanitation standards, and company food safety policies. Manage Labor Effectively: Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and staffing levels to meet business needs while controlling labor costs. Resolve Guest Concerns: Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain Equipment & Facilities: Ensure the kitchen and equipment are clean, safe, and properly maintained; coordinate repairs when needed. Communicate Performance: Prepare reports and share operational results, challenges, and opportunities with the Senior Retail Manager. Model the Standard: Demonstrate Snappy’s legendary convenience guest service and set the example for professionalism and accountability. This role is ideal for someone who understands that strong leadership, food quality, and cost control all go hand in hand.   Qualifications: To succeed as a Grille Manager, you’ll bring the experience and leadership ability needed to run a high-performing food operation: Experience: Previous supervisory or management experience in food service or retail required. Leadership Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Food Safety Certification: ServSafe certification required (or ability to obtain). Staff Development: Proven ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve operational goals.
