We are currently searching for one Full-Time Maintenance Technician, to join our team at Perlo Ridge Apartments and Sherman’s Valley Apartments. Rate: $20 - $25 hourly based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, daily on call required.

Role and Responsibilities:

Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
Assist with turnover of apartments, to include painting.
May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
Light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC in apartments.
Appliance repair.
Cleaning of common areas.
Daily water testing.
Customer service.
Light Salt / Snow removal duties.
On-Call will be required.

Requirements

Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
HVAC Certification is a plus!
Working cell phone.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
High School Diploma/GED.
