What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and schedule ready‑mix concrete orders with accuracy and urgency

  • Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries

  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues or delays

  • Provide product information and support to customers in a professional manner

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of orders, changes, and delivery updates

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

  • Competency using computer systems, dispatch tools, and order‑entry software
