At PDS Optical, we are committed to delivering exceptional eyewear and outstanding service to our Veterans. We're seeking a California Licensed Optician to join our team at the Ukiah, CA VA and help us uphold our mission of providing GREAT Veteran CARE!

Position Details: 

• Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 
• No nights or weekends
• Pay Range: $29--$31/hour 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to Veterans. 
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. 
• Work collaboratively to foster a positive and productive environment. 
• Comply with security clearance requirements by successfully passing a background check. 

Qualifications: 

• California Optician license required. 
• Current ABO Certification required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. 
• Skilled in fitting, adjusting, repairing, and selling eyewear. 
• Proficient in using lensometers, pupilometers, and computers. 
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
