Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, disassemble, modify, and upgrade aircraft systems and components
  • Perform and oversee aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities
  • Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to isolate faults and complete repairs
  • Configure aircraft systems and bench test equipment for operational validation
  • Conduct validation and verification testing of aircraft systems and components
  • Inspect components and verify repairs meet flightworthiness and safety standards
  • Document maintenance actions, test results, and modifications to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance
  • Support mechanical, avionics, structural, or weapons systems maintenance as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (active within last 24 months); must be a U.S. citizen
  • Minimum 3+ years of military aircraft maintenance experience
  • Rotorcraft and/or MH-139 experience preferred
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
    • Proficiency with aircraft maintenance tools and precision instruments (e.g., torque wrenches, micrometers, dial indicators, test equipment, sheet metal tools)
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    • A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) License (current or prior)
  • Work Requirements:
    • Willingness to work variable or multiple shifts
    • Ability to work onsite 100%
