What You'll Be Doing

  • Support plant maintenance activities through hands-on learning and mentorship.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing mechanical systems and equipment.

  • Participate in planning and executing preventive maintenance programs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability.

  • Contribute to safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Work Environment
This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves both office and field work. You’ll be exposed to varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels, and will be expected to follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
