Qualifications & Qualities (Passionate and love to have fun with kids)

·        For Toddler teacher applicants Infant/ Toddler units required

·        Preferred 1-2 years experience in early childcare teaching young children

·        Excellent communication and written skills

·        Team player, positive role model, strong work ethic and take-charge attitude

·        Strong customer service skills with an ability to build strong relationships with parents & co-workers

·        Self-motivated, responsible, driven and works well with minimal supervision

·        Organized good time management skills, Independent, creative, fun-loving and kind

General Responsibilities:

·        Follow and implement pre- developed lessons plans

·        Maintaining appropriate records

·        Maintaining a clean, healthy, stimulating environment for the children to learn in.

·        Providing proper supervision at all times

·        Maintaining appropriate records

·        Teaching and guiding the children in their classroom

·        Work independently and with other teachers

·        Update parents about their child’s progress

·        Communicating necessary information to the child, other teachers, parents, the Director or authorities.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $23-$28 per hour depending on qualifications and experience

Requirements:

• 12 units of Early Childhood Education with Infant/Toddler course completed
• Fingerprint Background Clearance
• First Aid and CPR certified / Negative TB test and immunization records
• Positive attitude toward learning, communicating, parents, and children
• Understanding of educational techniques and methods for teaching young children

Important:

Only candidates Legally Authorized to work in the US (without sponsorship) may apply.  This is a full-time position but we can also accept part-time positions from 2 pm - 6 pm.
