Payroll Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping / Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll through ADP and handling day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities for the site. Bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll using ADP payroll systems
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
• Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations
• Support administrative and accounting functions as needed
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking employees

Qualifications:

• Previous bookkeeping and payroll experience required
• Must have hands-on experience with ADP payroll
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $20/hour
