Candidates with a canceled license are not eligible for immediate placement and must complete the full initial licensing course through a state-approved third-party trainer prior to consideration.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and visitors by maintaining a secure environment.
Conduct patrols in designated areas to deter criminal/unauthorized activities and enforce client policies.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
Adhere to post orders, ensuring that proper security procedures are followed for every situation.
Prepare comprehensive reports detailing security incidents and daily activities.

Maintain a professional, approachable presence at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Candidates must be minimum 18 years of age to be qualified to possess a security license.
Possessing a Washington DOL Unarmed Security license is required.
Possessing a valid driver's license and vehicle is an essential function of this position.
Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Prior security, law enforcement, military, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
