Candidates with a canceled license are not eligible for immediate placement and must complete the full initial licensing course through a state-approved third-party trainer prior to consideration.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and visitors by maintaining a secure environment.
- Conduct patrols in designated areas to deter criminal/unauthorized activities and enforce client policies.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
- Adhere to post orders, ensuring that proper security procedures are followed for every situation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing security incidents and daily activities.
- Maintain a professional, approachable presence at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Candidates must be minimum 18 years of age to be qualified to possess a security license.
- Possessing a Washington DOL Unarmed Security license is required.
- Possessing a valid driver's license and vehicle is an essential function of this position.
- Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Prior security, law enforcement, military, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
