ABiLITY is hiring full time direct support professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities in the community.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport individuals to appointments, programs, and community activities
• Provide personal assistance support to individuals
• Support daily living skills and community involvement
• Complete transportation logs and service documentation
• Assist with recreation activities and Special Olympics events
• Operate agency vehicles daily

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain a Chauffeur’s License and pass a DOT physical-We will support you!
• Dependable and comfortable working in a flexible environment

Paid training provided for CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Medication Aide certifications.

Schedule & Benefits

• Flexible full-time schedule
• Primarily Monday-Friday
• Some evening or weekend events may be required with advanced notice
