Position Summary

SERVPRO Team Spinner is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, mold, and other property losses.

This is a front-line leadership role responsible for managing projects from initial scope through completion—ensuring quality, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.

You will play a critical role in delivering on our promise to make property damage “Like it never even happened.”

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution
  •  Manage the full lifecycle of reconstruction projects from estimate through closeout 
  •  Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and timelines 
  •  Ensure all work is completed in accordance with scope, specifications, and applicable building codes 
  •  Oversee job cost tracking, profitability, and financial performance 
Estimating & Scoping
  •  Create and manage accurate scopes of work using Xactimate
  •  Review and approve estimates, change orders, and supplements 
  •  Obtain customer and carrier approvals 
Team & Subcontractor Management
  •  Coordinate internal crews, subcontractors, and vendors 
  •  Identify, qualify, and manage subcontractor relationships 
  •  Ensure proper staffing and resource allocation across all projects 
Customer & Client Communication
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, adjusters, and stakeholders 
  •  Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle 
  •  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution 
Compliance & Quality Control
  •  Enforce safety protocols and company standards on all job sites 
  •  Ensure compliance with contracts, permits, and regulatory requirements 
  •  Conduct quality control inspections and manage punch lists

Qualifications

  •  3+ years of experience in construction project management (restoration experience preferred) 
  •  Strong proficiency in Xactimate and construction estimating is preferred
  •  Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  •  Experience managing subcontractors and project budgets 
  •  Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills 
  •  Valid driver’s license
Normal Working Hours
This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. This position may require overtime hour and weekend work.
