Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • undertaking administrative tasks
  • verifying and understanding insurance and fee schedules/coverage books
  • processing claims/collections
  • scheduling appts 
  • prioritize filling the existing schedule when cancellations and open blocks occur
  • processing patient services after treatment with accuracy
  • communicating with patients regarding individual treatment and financial arrangements
  • working/resolving outstanding claims and patient accounts

Required qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • professional attitude, delivery, and manner
  • competency in prioritizing tasks and following through to completion
  • computer literate
  • ability to support the team to work efficiently
  • ability to multitask daily
  • committed learner

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in dental office setting is preferred
  • Eaglesoft experience highly preferred. 

HOURS: Monday-Wednesday 8:00-5:00; Thursday 8:00-3:00; Fridays: once per month/vary
