Location: Union County School District Whitmire Hwy, Union, SC 29379

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

Requirements/Qualifications: 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience required

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As a Janitorial Site Supervisor, you will lead our local cleaning team to success. In this role, you will balance hands-on janitorial tasks with team leadership.

Supervise, coach, and coordinate daily tasks for cleaner and custodian team members.
Perform general cleaning, including pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms.
Assist the Manager in ensuring all buildings are cleaned safely and meet our high-quality project scope.
Team up with employees to complete special cleaning tasks and projects.

What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications

1 year of experience as a lead cleaner, custodian, or similar supervisory role.
A friendly, neighborly attitude with a passion for helping your team succeed.
Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
