Responsible for electrical maintenance in the Melt Shop working a 4 on 4 off 12-hour rotating swing shift.

Leader in locking out equipment and assuring that all maintenance work is done safely.
Perform preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and installation of new electrical equipment.
Assist millwrights and operators with daily maintenance work.

Required

At least 3 years working as an electrician or electronics technician in an industrial environment
Knowledge of power distribution, AC/DC motors, motor control and motor drives
Experience with Allen Bradley PLC’s, and Rockwell Software
Experience with low, medium, and high voltage equipement
Understanding of thermodynamics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
