What You Will Do (Clinical Scope / Home Health Aide):
- Companionship & Memory Care: Engagement, activities, and specialized support for Alzheimer’s and Dementia clients.
- Personal Care (ADLs): Safe assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Nutrition & Homemaking: Meal planning/preparation and light housekeeping.
- Transportation: Transporting clients to medical appointments (e.g., dialysis), grocery shopping, and errands.
Position Requirements:
- Active NJ CHHA Certification (Required).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable insured vehicle for client transport (Required).
- Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a dependable attitude.
- All qualified applicants—including male caregivers—are encouraged to apply! (Many of our male clients specifically request male peers for assistance).
- Open availability for day, weekend, or overnight shifts is a major plus!
