We are hiring Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Galloping Hill. Join our team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to work autonomously and with the healthcare team to provide high-quality, evidence-based anesthesia and pain care. As a vital member of our nursing team, you will care for patients of all acuity levels across various settings for procedures, including surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment and planning, medication and equipment management, anesthesia administration, intraoperative and peri-anesthetic monitoring, post-anesthesia care and discharge, pain management and advanced techniques, emergency and critical interventions, compliance, safety, and collaboration. Education and credentials required include graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, current state licensure, BLS and ACLS certification, certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists, and insurability by a medical malpractice insurer. Experience preferred is 8–12 years related experience with 5 years as a CRNA. Skills include proficiency in anesthesia equipment, communication, patient care, infection control, and confidentiality. The role offers key benefits including compensation, flexible hours, and no weekend/evening/on-call duties. Physical demands include working in a healthcare environment, potential exposure to infectious diseases, lifting patients and objects over 50 pounds, and occasional travel. No supervision is required.
