Jr. Maintenance Technician

Large property looking in search for a Jr. Maintenance Technician to maintain the grounds, minor maintenance repairs, cleaning offices, models, assisting vendors and repairing physical structures of buildings and maintaining grounds by performing the following duties:

• Complete assigned work orders.
• Assist in communication with residents , delivery notices, work orders and repairs.
• Prepare apartments for change in occupancy.
• Clean internal and external areas of buildings.
• Maintain grounds and dumpster areas, pick-up loose trash, and enhance curb appeal.
• Empties trash cans and consolidate trash for weekly pickup.
• Paint interior/exterior walls trim for parking lot surfaces.
• Operate snow removal equipment.
• Shovel snow from entrances, mailboxes, and high traffic areas and obstructed areas.
• Assist other departments with moving furniture, appliances, unloading and storing supplies.
