Easton Coach Company is hiring Full‑Time CDL Paratransit Bus Drivers to provide essential transportation services to community members.
We are a union location offering competitive pay, stability, and a strong benefits package.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a CDL Paratransit Bus based on the daily driver manifest
Pick up and drop off passengers at scheduled locations
Provide mobility assistance and support to riders
Ensure all passengers feel safe, secure, and comfortable
Interact professionally with riders, families, office staff & agencies
Deliver excellent customer service on every trip
✅ Minimum Qualifications
CDL with Passenger (P) Endorsement (preferred)
Safe, clean driving history
21+ years old
Must pass a DOT Physical & Drug Test
