Minimum Qualifications:

Valid commercial driver’s license; Class B, CDL with appropriate endorsements as required by local regulations.
Proven experience operating boom trucks or similar lifting and transport equipment in a commercial setting.
Strong understanding of load calculations, rigging, and safe lifting practices.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Mechanical aptitude to perform pre-operation and post-operation equipment inspections.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the rental and leasing services industry and/or Knuckle Boom Truck experience.
NCCCO or equivalent boom crane/operator certification, Class A, CDL.
Familiarity with jobsite safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Experience using GPS and routing software to optimize delivery schedules.
Strong customer service background with direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities:
