We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our supportive, team-oriented skilled nursing facility. 

Position Details

  • Full-Time | Night Shift Three 12-hour shifts; 6pm - 6am Every other weekend

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification
  • Compassionate approach to geriatric care
  • Preferred experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic EHR/documentation skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide care according to individualized resident care plans
  • Assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and vital signs
  • Maintain resident dignity, safety, and comfort
  • Perform routine rounds, repositioning, and skin care
  • Document care accurately and communicate changes to licensed staff
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols
