The Hilton Garden Inn - Uniontown is hiring a Line Cook to join our team of passionate Hospitality professionals.

Who we are:

The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is a busy hotel serving visitors to Uniontown for 10 years.  We have a restaurant, bar, and banquet space to serve guests and group needs.  The hotel is managed by Prospera Hospitality, a proudly Pittsburgh based hotel management company with over 20 years of experience managing hotels, restaurants, and convention centers.

What you’ll do: 

The Line Cook is responsible for prep work, portion control, garnishing and preparation of dishes according to standards set by the Restaurant Manager and by the Hilton Brand.

The breakfast cooks are responsible for opening up the kitchen and setting up the buffet according to standards set by the Restaurant Manager and Hilton.  The evening cooks prepare food for the restaurant, bar, and hotel functions.

• This position has a starting pay of $16.50 per hour.

Requirements

Previous cooking experience is required.

Previous hotel experience is a plus.
