• Convenient Schedule: Work just 2-3 times a week from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will be the steward of our professional environment, ensuring our office in Unity, ME remains clean, safe, and functional.

• Facilities Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of building interiors and exteriors to identify maintenance needs.
• Repair & Upkeep: Handle minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, patching walls, and painting.
• Janitorial Excellence: Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Sanitation: Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas according to established protocols.
• Safety & Records: Keep accurate janitorial records, including chemical safety data sheets.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We need a professional who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and represents our values in every interaction.

• Reliability: Ability to maintain the 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM schedule consistently.
• Problem Solvers: Someone who picks up on technical needs quickly and adapts to new problems. 
• Physical Readiness: Capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently, climb ladders, and handle repetitive motion.
• Clean Record: Must have a standard Driver’s License with a good driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
