Job description:
Registered Nurse
Pay:
$100,000 to $133,000 per year approximately
Paid $55 per point
Who we areAdaptive Home Health is building a higher-acuity, patient-centered, skilled home health mode. Our ultimate mission is to dramatically improve patient access to home health care.
The RN role supports that mission by delivering safe, reliable skilled care in the home within RN scope — with excellent communication and escalation to the RN/clinical team so patients stay safe and on track.
We build technology designed around the way clinicians actually work, so you can spend less time on documentation and coordination, and more time with patients.
Smarter charting: Record or dictate visits with AI Scribe, start with prefilled assessments, extract medication lists from photos, and keep all visit information in one easy-to-use place.
Scheduling that protects your time: Text patients, plan more efficient routes, and stay aligned on visit changes through one clear, coordinated schedule.
The result: less administrative burden, fewer coordination headaches, and more time for patient care.
