JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Department of Geosciences is seeking applicants for part-time job of Researcher interested in lithium and REE distributions in sedimentary basin rocks.
The job will entail working with the LionChron research group.
Job duties to include:
- mineral picking via microscope
- mount making and polishing
- imaging of mineral grain mounts
- participation in mineral analysis
- data reduction
- data interpretation
- laboratory maintenance
Compensation:
The starting rate for this job is $20/hr. Wage payroll position.
