About This Role
Empowering Pathways 365 (EP365) is a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing inclusive therapeutic recreation, adaptive sports, and wellness programming for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the Inland Empire. We are growing fast and looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, ready to work, and passionate about making a difference in their community.
Key Responsibilities
Greet families, participants, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and respond to emails on behalf of EP365
Support intake and enrollment workflows including collecting and organizing family paperwork
Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital files and records
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment reminders
Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time, flagging questions before they become errors
Support the leadership team with general administrative tasks as needed
What We Are Looking For

→Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay focused
→Willingness to ask questions and do the job right
→Basic comfort with Google Docs, email, and phones
→High school diploma or currently enrolled
