Commercial Floor Care Technician - Columbus, OH & Surrounding Areas

Clean Team Inc. is hiring experienced and dependable Commercial Floor Care Technicians to join our growing Special Services team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in restoring commercial floors, and want to be part of a company that values quality and professionalism, we'd love to meet you. We offer full-time opportunities on 2nd shift, and some weekends.

As a Floor Care Technician, you'll travel to commercial facilities throughout the Columbus area, including offices, medical buildings, schools, industrial facilities, and retail locations. Using professional-grade equipment and industry-approved techniques, you'll help restore and maintain a wide variety of flooring surfaces while delivering exceptional results for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Strip, wax, scrub, buff, burnish, and refinish hard floors
• Clean and extract commercial carpeting
• Operate auto scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, and carpet extractors
• Safely mix and use floor care chemicals following OSHA and SDS guidelines
• Set up safety signs and barriers before beginning work
• Maintain equipment and complete specialty cleaning projects with attention to detail

Qualifications

• One year of commercial floor care experience preferred
• Experience operating commercial floor care equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work, including bending, kneeling, and extended standing or walking
