Home Health Aide (HHA) – In-Home Care
Location: Northeast Columbus, OH
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Caregiver schedules are arranged according to individual client assignments.Â

Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care and support for clients in the Northeast Columbus area. This position is ideal for professionals who value flexible scheduling, consistent hours, and meaningful one-on-one care.
You’ll help clients maintain independence, safety, and comfort at home while being part of a supportive and team-focused agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure a safe home environment
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and basic errands
- Observe and report any changes in client condition to the care team
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain proper documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, home health, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and time management skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay from $16/hour, paid weekly via direct deposit
