BrightStar Care is currently hiring a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) or Caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care for a bedbound client in Worthington, OH. This is an immediate opening with a consistent weekday schedule in a supportive home environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene care
Provide bed baths and personal care for a bedbound client
Assist with repositioning, mobility support, and comfort care
Perform light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
Follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in caregiving, home care, home health, or a related field (required)
Experience caring for bedbound clients preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Strong communication, reliability, and time management skills
Ability to work independently while providing compassionate care
