The Plumber I is an entry-level position, typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience to assist with routine and standard projects and assignments within the Plumbing family. Works under close supervision.ā
ā¢ Stage tools and consumables for plumbers by job list. ā¢ Move and position fixtures and parts using carts/lifts as directed; protect finishes. ā¢ Label parts and bins and maintain order in work areas. ā¢ Perform basic cleaning of bays and equipment; dispose of debris properly. ā¢ Hold and steady components during assembly; pass tools/fittings on request. ā¢ Read and record simple measurements (length, slopes with levels) under supervision. ā¢ Photograph assemblies and joints for records as instructed. ā¢ Restock common items (traps, angle stops, supply lines) to par levels. ā¢ Assist with packaging/returns of cores and unused parts. ā¢ Learn shop practices and terminology to progress to S2.ā
Minimum Experience: 0 - 2 years Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GEDā
