Clarke Gallagher Barbiero Amuso & Glassman Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney with 7 to 10 years of strong litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, court appearances, trial preparation and trial experience. The role is on-site at our Fort Washington location and involves working on a broad range of cases.  The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while adhering to strict litigation deadlines.


Our Firm has been providing high-quality legal services in Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties since 2001. We have a strong focus on municipal and local governmental representation, but we also serve individuals and businesses with a wide range of legal needs. Our clients appreciate our experience, thoroughness, and dedication to finding the best possible legal solutions. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and cost-effective approach, offering creative solutions to complex challenges.


Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar
  • 7 to 10 years of legal experience, with a strong background in litigation
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and deadlines
  • Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience with local government or municipal litigation practice is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (proficiency with NetDocuments and MyCase is plus but not required)


Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and/or respond to pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery
  • Prepare and/or answer pleadings and discovery
  • Engage in depositions and trial preparation
  • Manage and track case deadlines, including court filings and discovery schedules
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in both physical and electronic formats
  • Communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating professionalism and empathy
