Clarke Gallagher Barbiero Amuso & Glassman Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney with 7 to 10 years of strong litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, court appearances, trial preparation and trial experience. The role is on-site at our Fort Washington location and involves working on a broad range of cases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while adhering to strict litigation deadlines.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar
7 to 10 years of legal experience, with a strong background in litigation
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and deadlines
Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with local government or municipal litigation practice is a plus but not required
Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (proficiency with NetDocuments and MyCase is plus but not required)

Key Responsibilities

Draft and/or respond to pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery
Prepare and/or answer pleadings and discovery
Engage in depositions and trial preparation
Manage and track case deadlines, including court filings and discovery schedules
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in both physical and electronic formats
Communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating professionalism and empathy
