Collaborate with production teams on all jobs sold.

Provide timely and detailed painting proposals to clients.
Deliver an exceptional client experience through the sales process.
Assess project sites to measure surfaces and identify specific job needs.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales within the trades.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency with tech, including estimation or CRM software.
Valid driver's license to travel to local estimate appointments.
