Job Description

  • Perform automated ELISAs and other plate-based assays (including cell based assay), on vaccine products, process intermediates, and related experimental samples in a high-throughput environment
  • Execute testing, data analysis per appropriate test methods and procedures
  • Reagent preparation/aliquoting
  • Prepare solutions, culture media, and maintain cell lines
  • Perform volume verification (Artel) to confirm suitability of automated liquid handlers for method readiness
  • Assist in general upkeep of the laboratory and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Maintain records and test results following good manufacturing practices (GMP)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Biology, Biotechnology or related scientific concentration
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • 1-2 years related laboratory experience including ELISAs, aseptic and cell culture techniques
  • Experience with automation equipment and software: 
    • Tecan
    • Dynamic Devices
    • Biotek (washers, dispensers, imagers)
    • Cellario software
