Children’s Home of Reading Youth & Family Services (CHOR YFS) is hiring compassionate Youth Care Workers for the PATHS Program in Breinigsville, PA.
PATHS is a community-based, specialized group treatment home serving boys ages 10–15. Youth attend community schools within the Parkland School District and participate in structured recreational, academic, and social activities in a supportive and positive environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build supportive and trusting relationships with youth
Provide supervision and maintain a safe environment
Support youth during daily routines, recreation, academics, and community activities
Work with clinical staff and case managers to support individualized behavioral goals
Complete accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
Follow program policies and procedures with training provided
Help create a structured, positive, and supportive environment for youth
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of college in a social or human services-related field OR
High school diploma/equivalent with 2+ years of documented experience working with youth
Basic computer skills
Ability to pass criminal history, including FBI, and child abuse clearances
Valid driver’s license
