We’re hiring a Crew Leader to run parking lot striping jobs—not just work on a crew, but lead it.

1-800-STRIPER of Allentown is a woman-owned small business serving Allentown and the surrounding Lehigh Valley. We specialize in professional parking lot striping and pavement markings for commercial properties, shopping centers, schools, and local businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive the truck and lead a small crew (1–3 people)
Set up jobs and plan the work before it starts
Operate striping equipment (we’ll train you)
Keep the crew moving and jobs on track
Make sure lines are clean, straight, and done right
Handle problems in the field without waiting on someone else

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who shows up and takes ownership
Comfortable leading others and giving direction
Pays attention to detail (this work has to look right)
Can think ahead and stay organized
Not afraid of physical, outdoor work
Has a valid driver’s license

What You Get:

Starting at $20+/hr (based on experience)
Flexible, part-time hours to start (more coming as we grow)

Schedule:

Mostly evenings/nights (6pm–3am)
Some weekends during busy season
