ABOUT THE ROLE The Branded Merchandise Coordinator will assist with managing large, complex programs for top-tier clients — from custom product sourcing and creation to warehousing, fulfillment, and ordering portals. In this role, you’ll work closely with our most experienced Branded Merchandise expert to support sales initiatives through hands-on involvement in product sourcing, production coordination, and billing for both clients and vendors at our Upper Marlboro, MD, or Seattle, WA, location. RESPONSIBILITIES Assists the Branded Merchandise team in sourcing and managing product production through a third-party promotional products network.  Communicates with vendors and suppliers to obtain product availability, production schedules, order status and tracking, and invoicing details.  Assists the Branded Merchandise team in data entry for client and vendor billing and reconciliation.  Keeps CRM and project management software updated with project and production details as updates are received.  QUALIFICATIONS 1-3 years of working in an account or client support capacity is beneficial but not required.  General understanding of the branded merchandise product environment.  Exceptional communication (written and oral) and organization skills  Familiarity with CRM and project management software a plus.  Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow in a career through learning from experts.  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.  Flexibility to travel locally to assist in order facilitation.  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, Technology, or a related field, preferred.  ESSENTIAL ABILITIES Strategic Thinking  Ethical Decision Making  Business Acumen  Customer/Client-Focus  Excellent Communication Skills  Creative Problem Solving  Project Management  Teamwork and Collaboration  Flexibility and Adaptability  TRAVEL This position may require some local travel to vendors and/or client meetings. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is predominantly held in a clerical environment but may also require working on the production floor in an industrial warehouse setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
