We are hiring a Quality Assurance Associate III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours, a drive to excel in fast-paced environments. Post-offer background check & drug screen are required. Warehouse experience preferred.

Working a 1st shift from 6:30am – 3pm with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality assurance audits on inbound, outbound, and stored inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
  • Verify inventory transactions (receipts, picks, transfers, adjustments) are executed accurately within the WMS
  • Conduct routine and ad-hoc cycle counts to validate physical inventory against system records
  • Identify inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and process failures
  • Research root causes of inventory variances and document findings clearly
  • Prepare, submit, and track inventory variance reports in accordance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance requirements
  • Ensure all inventory adjustments are properly authorized, documented, and approved per internal control policies
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation to support internal and external audits
  • Partner with Operations, Inventory Control, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and prevent recurrence
  • Monitor adherence to inventory control procedures, segregation of duties, and control points
  • Escalate high-risk variances or control breakdowns to leadership promptly
  • Support SOX testing by providing evidence, data, and process explanations as required

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years quality assurance experience in a distribution center environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
