Job Summary:

Are you someone who loves helping others, staying organized, and creating a warm, professional first impression? We’re looking for a Receptionist who brings positivity, confidence, and exceptional service to every interaction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet visitors, residents, families, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Answer and route phone calls promptly and accurately

  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, paperwork, and inquiries

  • Support various departments with clerical tasks (filing, scanning, scheduling)

  • Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized reception area

  • Deliver excellent customer service while protecting confidentiality

  • Assist with communication, announcements, and daily administrative needs

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum one year receptionist or customer service experience combined with one year general office experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
