We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a residential living home in Willow Grove, PA. Multiple shifts are available, including overnight, evening, part-time, and weekend schedules.
Available Shift Schedules:
Overnight Staff 1
-  Sunday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AMÂ
-  Monday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AMÂ
-  Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AMÂ
-  Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AMÂ
Overnight Staff 2
-  Thursday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AMÂ
-  Friday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AMÂ
-  Saturday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AMÂ
1st Shift Staff (Part-Time)
(Client attends day program Tuesday–Thursday)
-  Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PMÂ
-  Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PMÂ
2nd Shift Staff
-  Monday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PMÂ
-  Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PMÂ
-  Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PMÂ
-  Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PMÂ
-  Friday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PMÂ
Weekend Shifts
Weekend 1
-  Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PMÂ
-  Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PMÂ
Weekend 2
-  Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PMÂ
-  Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PMÂ
Job Responsibilities:
- Â Provide direct care and supervision in a residential settingÂ
- Â Assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, meals, and companionshipÂ
- Â Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)Â
- Â Maintain a safe and supportive environmentÂ
- Â Complete documentation and communicate effectively with staffÂ
- Â Transport clients to activities or appointments as neededÂ
Requirements:
-  Valid Driver’s License REQUIREDÂ
- Â DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or related experience preferredÂ
- Â Reliable transportation and strong attendanceÂ
- Â Compassionate, dependable, and patientÂ
