MonArk ABA – Occupational Therapist


 Location: Home clinic : Upper Sandusky, with travel to other local MonArk clinics
 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible based on operational needs)
 Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000 annually
 Reports to: Director of Therapy
 Status: Full-time, salaried

Position Overview: 

The Occupational Therapist will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, focusing on improving clients’ functional independence, sensory processing, fine motor development, and participation in daily activities.The Occupational Therapist collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), speech-language pathologists, to integrate occupational therapy principles with ABA strategies in a child-led environment to address fine motor skills, self-care routines, emotional regulation, and sensory integration needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proper credentials and licensure from the state of Ohio as applicable to position

  • Provide Occupational Therapy services to patients with and without behavior technician

  • Follow all ethical guidelines of your practice field

  • Work with Director of Therapy to determine caseload, scheduling, insurance requirements

  • Participate in continuing education opportunities and remain current on the research literature

  • Collaborate with families and other providers to ensure generalization of patients’ skills

  • Complete and submit all necessary paperwork for evaluations, Initial Treatment Plans, and reevaluations in a timely manner

  • Meet the weekly minimum billing requirement (18-20 hrs/week) and correctly submit all billing information using our electronic systems, which you will be fully trained upon.

  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions with patients, their families, and co-workers

  • Follow all company policies and procedures

  • Utilize electronic data and billing software

  • Participate in therapy department meetings when scheduled

  • Collaborate with families and other providers to ensure generalization of patients’ skills

  • Communicate with BCBA and/or RBT’s of each client regarding programming, behavioral management, and scheduling and timing of session


Work Requirements & Compensation:

  • Standard hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with flexibility based on project demands.

  • Travel to multiple MonArk clinic locations is required; mileage reimbursement provided.

  • Annual Salary: $65,000-$70,000

This position also requires a Masters Degree and a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
