Production Assembly Associate

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM | $16.97/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM | $17.97/hour
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:15 AM | $17.97/hour
• Overtime available as needed

Forklift Operator

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM
• Pay: $21.12/hour
• Overtime available as needed

Production Associate Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive interior trim components and assemblies
• Use hand and power tools to fasten and assemble parts
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow standardized work instructions and production schedules
• Rotate between workstations or departments as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Follow all company safety procedures

Forklift Operator Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
• Supply production lines with materials
• Pull and stage customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks
• Verify shipments for accuracy and inspect for damage
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations
• Follow all quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred
• Forklift experience is required for the Forklift Operator position
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Some production positions require the ability to distinguish colors

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Frequently bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Ability to work overtime when required
