聽聽Ensure smooth efficient operation of the Bag Room
路 Follows established check lists for the position
路 Keeps Bag Room neat and orderly
路 Maintains rental clubs by proper cleaning and storage
路 Stores, cleans, tags, and organizes guest clubs聽
路 Ensures that all equipment in the bag room is secure
Ensure outstanding guest service
路 Approaches all guests in an efficient and prompt manner
路 Transports clubs to and from member and guest vehicles聽
路 Provides directions to golfers as needed
路 Assists in preparing for golf events as needed聽
路 Offer additional services to members such as re-griping clubs, fitting clubs, etc
Follow general employee requirements聽
路 Follows all employee policies
路 Arrives at work on time and prepared for the first golf party of the day
路 Ensures adherence to all standards regarding grooming, uniform requirements, and name tag standards
路 Follows all safety rules and regulations
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Good organizational skills
- 聽Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good customer service skills聽
