Monica Conroy GEICO in Pittsburgh is looking for a motivated Licensed Insurance Agency Representative to join our team. This is an in-office opportunity with a strong combination of base salary, monthly commission potential, and quality leads provided daily.
Best of all, there's no cold calling. You'll work with customers who have already expressed interest in insurance, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best: building relationships, finding solutions, and closing business.
What You'll Do
- Work daily leads provided by GEICO Corporate — no cold calling required.
- Connect with prospective customers and uncover their insurance needs.
- Quote and close incoming sales opportunities.
- Assist walk-in prospects and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
- Educate customers on coverage options and help them choose appropriate protection.
- Sell a broad range of personal lines products, including Auto, Home, Renters, Motorcycle, Boat, and more.
- Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities through the sales process.
- Build strong customer relationships that lead to retention, referrals, and additional business.
- Maintain accurate customer information and policy documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Previous insurance sales experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated job stability and professional reliability.
- Strong communication and grammar skills.
- Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
