Responsibilities
- Must have line/prep experience for a minimum of 1 year.
- Duties will include: Keeping a clean and sanitary work station at all times.
- Breakdown down and setting up stations before and after shifts.
- Executing all menu items as required with flat top, grill, range and deep fryer.
- When working the closing shift, will be responsible for cleaning and preparing space for the next business day.
- Must be flexible with schedule and be a good team player.Â
- Weekend and evening shifts will be required.
