Guardian Angel Senior Services is actively hiring Caregivers, Homemakers, HHAs, CNAs, and PCAs for full-time in-home care positions in Upton, Northbridge, Hopedale, Mendon, Uxbridge, and surrounding towns.
Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide both non-medical and personal care support to seniors in their homes. This is a full-time opportunity with consistent hours available, especially in high-need service areas.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming as applicable)
- Provide personal care support (HHA/CNA/PCA roles)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and daily routines
- Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, organization)
- Assist with errands and transportation
- Maintain a safe and supportive home environment
Positions Available
- Homemaker (non-medical support, housekeeping, errands)
- Caregiver / Companion
- Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Personal Care (PC)
Requirements
- Reliable transportation required (travel between towns may be needed)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and compassionate
- HHA/CNA certification required for applicable roles
- Experience preferred but not required
