Description

Kinsley Energy Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team! The Manufacturing Technician supports the production, fabrication, and installation of company products through hands-on mechanical assembly and metal fabrication. Recent enhancements to our production process have shifted this role to a balanced 50/50 focus on mechanical assembly and metal fabrication, opening the opportunity to a broader range of skilled candidates.

  

This position contributes to both in-house manufacturing and field installations while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

  

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical assembly and metal fabrication work according to design specifications and production requirements.
  • Support fabrication activities with an emphasis on MIG welding.
  • Assist with piping, mechanical, and light electrical assemblies as part of integrated build-outs.
  • Support project installations at customer sites as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
  • Follow all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient production and installation processes.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
      

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in mechanical assembly and metal fabrication.
  • MIG welding experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA 10 safety standards and safe work practices.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
