Position Summary: The Janitorial Team Leader position involves leading people to complete multiple projects with the ability to take ownership of new projects. This role requires accuracy in daily work, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications (include but are not limited to):
- Good analytical skills; good written, and verbal communication skills
- Work with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong leadership abilities and work well with all associates
Safety and Environment Responsibility
- Ensure the associates you are responsible for following company policies so that all work in a safe manner with responsibility for the environment
Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Verify and train all team members to be able to perform their janitorial duties
- Ensure all checklists required are completed for the day
- Must be able to work overtime as requested
- Promote and implement 5S activities
- Additional duties may be required as needed by Parker Trutec and our customers.
- Stock Each Bathroom.
- Stock and organize cart with all necessary supplies
- Clean toilets in all bathrooms.
- fill soap dispensers hand sanitizers, toilet paper dispensers, paper towel dispensers and change trash if needed in any area.
- Wipe and sanitize all tables, chairs, counter tops, sinks, phones and water dispensers.
- Clean and scrub all microwaves and under microwaves.
- Sweep and mop floors
- Change trash in conference rooms, offices, bathroom, lunchrooms and in factory.
- Vacuum and straighten rugs.
- Clean all windows.
