HeliService USA has been able to build off their over three decades in operation, supporting offshore wind customers with crew-transfer, hoisting, cargo, and helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS). Position Summary: HeliService USA is seeking internal applicants for the role of Assistant Director of Safety (ADOS). This position supports the Director of Safety & Quality Assurance in the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of the company’s Safety Management System (SMS). The Assistant Director of Safety serves as the alternate person responsible for SMS functions and provides support in safety reporting, corrective action tracking, audit preparation, emergency response planning, and safety culture promotion. The role is intended for an individual who is organized, safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working across departments to support company safety objectives. As the Company continues to grow, the work schedule may evolve into a full-time position at the discretion of the Accountable Executive and Director of Safety & Quality Assurance. |
